The Young Cheese with pistachio is a young lightly salted cheese, made with sheep milk. This cheese has been salted only once, hence the name 'Primo Sale'.

Taste, Serving Tips and Wines: Taste/Smell: Intense and delicate taste, typical of the milk produced by flattening cattle, never too strong. This kind of cheese is very good to enrich a starter dish or in general as a table dish. Good next to a glass of Sicilian white wine or a Prosecco.
