The Aged Cacio Cheese is a very common Sicilian hard-texture, handcrafted cheese. The preparation process is very similar to that of Sicilian Pecorino cheese D.O.P.

Taste, Serving tips and Wines: This cheese has a spicy and salty taste and a sharp and enjoyable smell. It is very good for eating as a table cheese, and also for cooking and grating. Excellent when consumed together with a sweet wine, with a deep and intense taste.
