DISCOUNT ON SHIPPING IN EUROPE
When you spend at least 149 Euros, you get a 29.90 Euros discount on the shipping cost for shipments to the following European Countries only: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxemburg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

Please note that any additional cost for the transport of fresh goods is not included in this promotion; please find more details below.

Online purchase orders can be completed online for deliveries to the European countries listed below.

For all countries not included in the list, the purchase process cannot be completed online. The Customer can however add the products he needs to the shopping basket and specify the shipping address. At this point his/her request will be forwarded to our Customer Care who will check the specific terms and laws of the country of delivery and will contact the Customer to confirm the possibility to send the goods and specify the transportation costs. The Customer will then decide If he would like to confirm the purchase order or not.

Regarding deliveries to Great Britain, post Brexit, We inform you that so far our customers have not been asked to pay any customs duty at the entrance of our goods in the country. Customs duty are however out of our control and Nuova Commerciale Siciliana s.r.l. would not be responsible for any customs duty request.

Purchase Order Management Process and Shipping of the goods

Purchase orders are usually taken care of within 1-2 working days from submission. For payments via bank transfer, the goods are shipped after receiving the payment (For more information on payment methods and other terms and conditions, please go to ‘Terms and Conditions’).

In order to avoid having the goods stored at the couriers’ warehouses over the weekend (couriers most of the times do not work on Saturday and Sunday), the goods to be delivered abroad are usually shipped on Mondays.

Transport Costs and Delivery time

*Above 30 kg the cost of transport will be from 1.90 Euros/Kg to 2.90 Euros/kg.

Note:

These costs do not include additional costs, due to specific packaging or delivery needs.

The costs do not include the additional costs for the transport of fresh goods, applied to fresh products during the warmest season, as follows:

from 0 to 4.99 kg - 2.90 Euros

from 5 to 10 kg - 5.60 Euros

From 10.01 kg onwards - 0.60 Euros/kg

Transport will approximately take 3-6 working days for Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Spain, England and  5-8 working days for the other Countries listed above. The delivery times indicated are not binding and may change due to weather conditions or to technical and logistics issues related to the specific delivery, or close to Chritmas and other festivities.
