Terms and Conditions

Payment Methods
The payment methods currently accepted are the following:

-     Credit Card/PAYPAL
Payments by credit card are secured by the only payment system PAYPAL, which accepts the main credit cards, including some prepaid cards, as Postepay. For more information, please go to

-     Bank Transfer

In case of bank transfer, the goods will be shipped after the payment will be received. In order to ease the payment checking operations we kindly invite you to send a copy of the payment confirmation via email to 

-     On Delivery (allowed for purchase orders of 150 Euros max and to be delivered within Italy ONLY)
On delivery, cash or check, according to what required by the courier. Note: Please be informed that choosing the ‘On delivery’ payment method will imply the payment of additional fees (the exact amount of the fee will depend on the weight of the goods and/or on the purchase order cost).

Products Overview
All technical product information, available on the website, reflects the technical sheets provided by the suppliers and might be adjusted, modified and updated, at any time and without any notice.

All product images, available on the website, have the aim to facilitate the identification of the product by the Customer; due to potential changes in packaging or to other adjustments, product images may not reflect the precise appearance of the delivered product.

Purchase Orders Management
Immediately after submitting the online purchase orders the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail, indicating the purchase order number. The purchase order will be  dealt with within 24 hours from when the confirmation e-mail has been sent (excluding Saturdays, non working days and Public Holidays).

Products Availability
If one or more of the purchased products were not immediately available, the Customer would be promptly informed on the expected delivery time. The Customer will have then the possibility to either confirm or cancel the purchase order. In case of purchase order cancellation, the customer will be reimbursed as soon as possible, within 30 days.

All prices indicated on the website are including VAT and excluding transport costs. Nuova Commerciale Siciliana S.r.l. has the right to modify the prices at any moment and without  any notice, for business reasons.

Delays within Delivery
The delivery times indicated in the Packaging and Delivery section are approximate and not binding. Our Customer Service will be glad to help you and receive your warnings regarding delays within the delivery of the goods and will do the best to get in contact with the courier and demand for a prompt delivery. 
Regarding the General Conditions of Transport, we refer to the related section of the courier website.

Non compliance reports and Complaints
If on delivery the packaging of the goods looked damaged, the Customer would have to write the phrase ‘ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION’ on the shipping document to sign, provided by the courier.

If the goods were not congruent with what ordered or if they were damaged, the Customer would have to report what happened to Nuova Commerciale Siciliana s.r.l. within 48 hours from the delivery of the goods. The report will have to be sent in written to and will have to include the following information: Purchase order number, details on the non congruent or damaged products, pictures of packaging and of the damaged products. Our Customer Care service will contact the Customer asap to organise, where appropriate, the replacement of the goods, a refund or other solution to the issue.
