The Young Cheese with pistachio is a young lightly salted cheese, made with sheep milk or mixed sheep and goat milk. This cheese has been salted only once, hence the name 'Primo Sale'.

Taste, Serving Tips and Wines: Taste/Smell: Intense and delicate taste, typical of the milk produced by flattening cattle, never too strong. This kind of cheese is very good to enrich a starter dish or in general as a table dish. Good next to a glass of Sicilian white wine or a Prosecco.
