This Provola cheese is a spun texture cheese made from whole raw cow  milk. 

Taste, Serving tips and Wines: This cheese has a delicate taste that becomes sharper further in the ageing process. It is a very good table cheese and can be used also to enrich local dishes. The aged provola tipo Casale cheese goes very well with a glass of Etna rosè or with a medium-bodied red wine as a Nero D'Avola or a Nerello Mascalese.
