In  Siracusa I found two loaded trump cards, the ace and the three: the Albanello and the Moscato. Thus wrote Mario Soldati in his book "Vino al Vino". The fertile mother earth is again generating this classic grapevine. An elegant, strong-bodied wine with a rich bouquet is created by gently withering the grapes. Tasting: Colour: golden yellow; Nose: intense nuances of exotic fruit, pineapple and banana; Palate: Vanillia and delicate spices, long-lasting taste.   Recommended with: Execellent to pair with Sicilian typical recipes as 'Baccalà alla Ghiotta' (Cod fish cooked in the pan with potatoes, olives, capers, pinoles, onions, tomato sauce, spices) or with Sicilian salami.
