Bianco di San Lorenzo Sicilia DOC "De Gregorio" is a Wine born from the union of Inzolia with the Manzoni cross, a surprising white, delicate but at the same time strong, with a precise identity.   A Wine with a very soft color, straw yellow, with greenish reflections. Its fruity scents with elegant notes of white fruit, range from peach to apple, with touches of pineapple and apricot. Balance and elegance certainly characterize the sensations on the palate, the aromatic finesse given by the crossbreeding of Inzolia and Manzoni makes it extremely pleasant, and the sapidity and minerality invite one to approach the glass again.       Bianco di San Lorenzo is a wine suitable for accompanying appetizers, hot or cold, and first courses of seafood cuisine. It pairs very well with boiled, baked or barbecued fish and can also be enjoyed with white meat . Serve in medium-sized glasses, opening it at the moment, with a recommended temperature of 10/12 degrees.
