Soave is one of the first Italian wines to be recognised as 'typical and fine', as early as in 1931. Bertani Soave was served in 1937 at the luncheon for the coronation of Giorgio VI, King of the British Empire, 'Soave fit for a king'.

Tasting: Colour: bright yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: deep aromas of elder flower, cherry blossom and gooseberries, continuing on sage and mint notes. Taste: a vibrant acidity is immediately softened by intense gooseberry, peach and apricot notes, all accompanied by a flavour that results in a long and persistent aftertaste.
