Tasting: Colour: Red with violets shades Scent: Intense, strong flavours of blueberries and spices Taste: Dry, full-bodied, good persistence and clear presence of tannin, closing with flavours of spices and fruits.

Valdarno (AR) Year: 2005 Altitude: 250 m.s.l.m. Vines/ha: 4.500 vines/ha Vinification: The grapes are collected by hand, stalks removed, crushed and sent to the vats to begin the wine-making process. Each variety is made separately. The maceration of the skins is done in steel vats for 20 days at a temperature of 26°. The alcoholic fermentation takes 10 days. After the wine-making process it is put in the new Alliers oak barrels. After the wine making process, the wine is put in new Alliers oak barriques. After the malolactic fermentation in November, the four wines are assembled. The maturation in the barrels lasts 6 months, after which it returns to the steel vats for one month, to be delicately filtered, bottled and undergoes a final refinement of 6 months in the bottle. Alcohol content:  14.50% vol. Total Acidity: 5 g/l pH: 3,5 Bottle: 75 cl
