Tasting: Colour: Shining ruby red, going towards a garnet colour with the ageing Bouquet: Soft fruit, fine and persistent Taste: Complex, with a reasonably tannic  and soft structure.

Recommended with: Red meat, game, aged cheeses and elaborate recipes.
