Tasting notes: Balmy notes, aromatic herbs, fruity scents of blackberry and sour black cherry. Round and soft, remarkably persistent, complex and warm, enveloping and spiced with a wonderful background of tobacco, liquorice and pepper, with good savouriness and tannins. Ageing capacity of at least 10 years. Recommended with: Ideal with red meat recipes and aged cheeses. After an additional manual selection of the grapes and a soft pressing, continuous repassing are carried out to extract the content of the grapes. Maceration takes place at controlled temperature for approximately 18 days. 15 months in 225 litres French oak barriques (Nevers, Tronçais, Allier), of which 1/3 is new and at least 10 months in bottle. Alcohol content: 14% vol. Bottle: 75 cl
