To create the tasty Tuna fillets in olive oil, the fish is taken from the fridge, cut into slices, and cooked in water and salt so that its organoleptic qualities remain intact and most of its proteins are not lost. After cooking, the product is cooled and, manually, meticulous skinning and removal of the bones is carried out. The cleaned slices, are then cut into fillets and placed inside glass jars of different sizes or in large jars. This stage is followed by filling the jars with olive oil. Excellent as a main course or for creating new ones.
