The Cherry Tomato Sauce contains the taste of Sicilian Traditions: the inimitable sweetness of the best cherry tomatoes, the genuineness of extra-virgin olive oil, the exquisite fragrance of basil and fresh celery. The Cherry Tomato Sauce is pasteurised and for this reason it doesn't contain preservatives. It can be stored for 24 months from production. It is free from any artificial aromatic herbs, from sugar and any food colouring. Its sweetness comes exclusively from the typical taste of cherry tomatoes, picked up at the right ageing moment. 

Using tips: The Sauce is ready to use after just one minute cooking.  Ideal to dress spaghetti or other pasta types as penne and tortiglioni. We advise to enrich the dish with some fresh basil and grated salted ricotta cheese or grated parmesan cheese.
