Bubbles!!! Zahra Sicilian sparkling wine "Cellaro" Metodo Classico produced with Nerello Mascalese. This wine is refermented in the bottle and matures for many years on the lees in the basement of the Cellar thus acquiring delicate and complex aromas, reminiscent of Zagara the citrus flower. From hence the name "Zahra," with a fine perlage and long persistence. Floral aromas then, combine elegantly with hints of fruit (white apple), yeast, cut grass and spices. The delicate effervescence of its bubbles, combines in perfect balance with acidity and minerality, definitely lending fullness and texture.  Zahra is perfect to be enjoyed with whole meal or aperitif its delicacy, structure, make it perfect for any dish. It is recommend drinking Zahra white wine at a temperature of 8° C
