GRILL TEROLDEGO IGT 2013 - TRENTINO/RED CL 75

The vineyard has an area of about 4,000 square meters: about 2,200 bottles are obtained with a production of 70 quintals per hectare. Again, the grapes are harvested gently by hand trying not to break the berries. Lying in crates it is sent to destemming and then, again by fall, it continues its journey in a stainless steel barrel. After 10-15 days of maceration it continues its life in wood. Since it is a living material with its respiration it helps to improve its maturation. It remains in cask no to the next harvest and then ainares its character in the bottle for at least 1 year. The wine is ready after 2 years from its harvest: the body and structure given by our terroir make it a wine suitable for aging.
