The Young Cheese with capers, olives, red pepper and rocket is a young lightly salted cheese, made from sheep milk or sheep and cow mixed milk, enriched with the capers, olives, red pepper and rocket taste. This cheese has been salted only once, hence the name 'Primo Sale'.

Taste, Serving Tips and Wines: Taste/Smell: Intense and delicate taste, typical of the milk produced by flattening cattle, never too strong. Very good to enrich a starter dish or in general as a table dish. Good next to a glass of Sicilian white wine or a Prosecco.
